8. Finn Balor's Ascent To The Main Roster
Currently, Finn Balor is the NXT Heavyweight Champion. The Irishman has been tearing it up every time he enters the ring on the show, and he's an absolute shoe-in to be moved up to the main roster. 2016 will likely be his year, and there's no reason why Balor can't take Monday Night Raw and Smackdown by storm when he does arrive. It's going to be exciting to see what comes of his career in WWE when he is promoted from NXT. Similarly, Balor's departure will leave a sizeable hole in the developmental territory, but that's a necessary evil. It gives someone else the chance to step up and make their mark, and Balor surely deserves a slot in the big time. For years, he has been one of the best wrestlers on the planet, after all. Recently, Balor has moved away from his 'Demon' guise, but it'd be wise to bring it back for the main roster. There are still WWE fans who don't watch NXT regularly, if at all, so they won't have seen the character. If Finn Balor can make a similar splash to someone like Kevin Owens, 2016 will be a much more improved year inside the ring for WWE.
