10 Bad Habits WWE MUST Kick

8. Happy To Be There

Daniel Bryan's record-time drift back into the midcard reflects perhaps how "grateful" he really is. His comeback promo on SmackDown Live! hammered the point home, but one wonders if he'll still be so chuffed just to bump around if he's already a blue brand afterthought by SummerSlam.

The former WWE Champion isn't the worst offender of late, and will likely still be in every WrestleMania conversation in early 2019 should he not re-injure himself in a house show loss to Mojo Rawley. 'WWE Superstars' are still in reality absolute f*cking geeks, most recently highlighted by Mike Kanellis celebrating like a mug for lasting a couple of seconds in the Greatest Royal Rumble instead of a record-smashing 0.9.

Interviewer Mike Rome at least used the dispiriting promo to get his heat back a few months removed from Stone Cold Steve Austin incinerating him after January's Raw 25 special. 'The Rattlesnake' wasn't given a single word on the show itself, but maximised his minutes as always in a WWE.com verbal sh*tkicking of the company's failure to utilise him. Rome was a vapid conduit for the organisation's ills that night - Kanellis took the spot last week. He'll probably legitimately think it better to have that spot than no spot at all...
