The reunion between Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens looked at first to be an almighty reward for fans that never lost hope in the 'Underdog From The Underground', and those that stuck through the worst moments of the AJ Styles/Owens rivalry to get to the gratifying payoff of 'KO's war with Shane McMahon.

Only, it wasn't a payoff at all. 'The Money' instead went to war with both of them after losing his Hell In A Cell clash, dragging in SmackDown Live! General Manager Daniel Bryan until his return fortunately facilitated a WrestleMania doubles conclusion.

Far from fired, the pair instead rocked up on Monday Night Raw - a shot on the flagship their inadvertent punishment for rabble rousing on the blue brand for the past few months. They've since been squashed in tag matches, and may even be breaking up again if the creative team can be remotely f*cked to do anything with either of them again.

The two appear anything but appreciative just to have jobs, but Owens especially spoke in detail during his challenging '365' documentary about a persistent will to be 'the' guy rather than just 'a' one. Rank-and-file won't suit them forever, but few avenues of opportunity appear open on Raw.
