10 Bad WWE Matches From Great WrestleManias

5. Bray Wyatt Vs. Randy Orton (WrestleMania 33)

It's a damn shame that this match ended up being so horrid, as the slow burn leading up to it was pretty excellent.

Randy Orton was having his differences with Bray Wyatt in late 2016, until he mysteriously decided to join the trio of creepy swamp people near the end of the year. However, shortly after winning the 2017 Royal Rumble, Orton visited the Wyatt Family Compound in God-knows-where, Louisiana, and burnt it to the ground. This was awfully convenient timing, as Wyatt had just secured his first WWE Championship at the Elimination Chamber, so the blow-off match was set for WrestleMania 33.

But the match became infamous for all the wrong reasons, primarily because Bray kept projecting "spooky" bugs onto the mat. Creative felt so strongly about this spot that they had Bray do it three times. Aside from that utter nonsense, there was really nothing to this match. Orton was half-a**ing, and Bray couldn't find a way to work around it.

The match ended abruptly and without fanfare following an RKO and, despite just having won the WWE Championship, Orton couldn't have looked less excited. To be fair, the same applied to everybody else.
