10 Baffling WWE Creative Ideas Fans Still Can't Work Out
3. Wrestling For Custody
Any match pitting Rey Mysterio against Eddie Guerrero should be remembered with a smile, because both performers were incredible when working against one another. The styles of both men meshed so well, and the action flowed smoothly - to tell the truth, you could have put Mysterio vs. Guerrero on every show of the year, and they'd still be rocking the house by December 31. Tragically, WWE felt the need to jazz up a feud between the men in 2005. Looking to book a big Ladder Match between the pair at Summerslam, the writing staff needed something to literally hang in the balance, given that neither men held a title belt at the time. It wasn't exactly necessary, and the entire story made fans pretty uncomfortable.
