The babyface main event team for the 1993 Survivor Series was dubbed 'The All-Americans', and it'd feature 'Made In The USA' Lex Luger, American collegiate wrestling stars The Steiner Brothers and...ghoulish undead zombie mortician The Undertaker.

Start those 'USA! USA! USA!' chants now, kids.

In order to show that 'Taker was on the same side as Luger, Scott and Rick, the WWF decided to make him a new trench coat with 'Old Glory' lining. When The Undertaker clapped eyes on the thing, he confided in Bruce Prichard that he thought it was awful, and he was very wary of undermining his gimmick by wearing it on television.

Although Prichard claimed on his show that The Undertaker did wear the thing, it isn't visible on the Network version of the show. There's a reason for that: backstage, 'Taker looked McMahon dead in the eye and said his dog had eaten it.

That was blatantly his way of saying he wouldn't be wearing it going forward, and he wasn't happy about being shoved into a cheesy one-off gimmick team.
