Much like Yokozuna's alliance with Owen Hart, Jericho's team-up with The Big Show was something we never saw coming. At the time, Jericho and Edge were the Unified Tag Team Champions. However, 'The Rated R Superstar' was suffering from a legitimate injury, so Jericho was forced to choose a replacement partner at Night Of Champions. His surprise partner was The Big Show.

Jeri-Show defended the titles, and embarked on a 140-day reign of dominance as they defeated the likes of Cryme Tyme, MVP and Mark Henry, and even Batista and Rey Mysterio. What's more, the fact that they were the Unified Tag Champs, they could appear on Raw and SmackDown.

Show and Jericho worked surprisingly well together, and the two men had obvious chemistry - both in the ring and during promos. These two veterans had worked with each other before on several occasions - although they were usually on opposite sides of the ring. Pairing them together was nothing short of genius.
