10 Best Brock Lesnar Feuds Since His 2012 Return

7. Braun Strowman (2017)

In facing Braun Strowman, Lesnar found himself in the unfamiliar position of somehow being the smaller guy in the equation.

At 6’8” and 380 pounds, Strowman’s sheer size made this an intriguing proposition, while the feud also had a degree of history behind it. The two behemoths had first collided at the 2016 Royal Rumble—quite literally—when Lesnar repeatedly waffled Strowman before tossing the rookie to the outside, only for Strowman and his Wyatt Family to later re-emerge and return the favour.

Fast-forward to 2017, and the two teased clashes in January and April earlier this year, although nothing was made official until SummerSlam when they met in Fatal Four-way action. Alongside Roman Reigns and Samoa Joe, Lesnar and Strowman tore the house down in a balls-to-the-wall encounter, with Strowman’s performance putting him in pole position to challenge Lesnar one-on-one the following month at No Mercy.

That meant their feud at least spanned multiple PPVs. However, the blow-off at No Mercy fell a bit flat, as a nine-minute affair saw Lesnar kick out of two of Strowman’s finishers before winning with a single F5.
