10 Biggest Chickensh*t WWE Heel Champions

4. Owen Hart

The late, great Owen Hart perfected this role as well as anybody throughout the 1990's. He was so good, so whiney and so full of himself behind a microphone. And while he's been one of the best technical wrestlers to grace a WWE ring, Owen Hart was never afraid of saving himself when he needed to. Having proven his worth with an excellent feud with brother Bret in the years previous - amongst others - Owen developed a penchant for sneak attacks, kicking guys when they were down and doing anything to get an advantage. His constant chirping over his utterly meaningless Slammy Awards made him a pure annoyance and he even went along for a time before that where he'd use a cast on his arm as a weapon. Classic. Owen Hart though, no matter what role he played, got the business done in the ring. His intelligence, ability to translate humour and general talent are what really made him excel. He may have never been WWE Champion, but he had a notable number of runs with the Intercontinental belt.
