Of course, Bayley isn’t the only woman with a notable
following of fans. Women’s Champion Charlotte clearly had her own admirers in
the Washington crowd on Sunday, the most ardent of which appeared to be seated in
the lower tier directly opposite the hard cam.
There, a sign could be spotted, emblazoned with the claim that “to be the woman, you’ve got to beat the Wooooman,” which is of course a genius play on her father’s motto that in order to be the man, you’ve got to beat the man.
No prizes on who the Wooooman was in this case. But on the off chance that there was any confusion, the creator of the sign added Charlotte’s surname in there, just to be sure—as well as the blue eye logo which was featured on her Battleground flag.
Then again, Sasha Banks went on to beat the woman, forcing Charlotte to submit to the Banks Statement, so I guess that makes Sasha the Wooooman now…
