10 Best Cruiserweight Wrestlers In The World Today

7. Roderick Strong

For the past thirteen years, Roderick Strong has been earning the nickname "Mr. ROH." He's held every title in the company and he's fought all of the stars who have come through its doors. Most impressively, Strong is at the top of his game - he's never been better than he is right now, and that makes him one of the best in the world. Unlike most wrestlers his size, Strong doesn't use an aerial-based arsenal. Instead, the self-styled "Messiah of the Backbreaker" uses a hard-hitting offense that's full of powerful slams and devastating strikes (and yes, backbreakers). It's an incredibly exciting fighting style that's brought him acclaim everywhere he's worked. Strong scored one of the most impressive wins of his career last October when he defeated ROH World Champion Jay Lethal for Lethal's Television Championship, ending the champ's 567 day reign. Since then, Strong has adopted a Cena-esque "Roddy versus the world" open challenge, defeating all comers with the TV Title on the line.
