At the time of writing, Adam Cole is still technically a free agent, but speculation that he is about to put pen to paper with WWE continues to grab headlines around the web. And with a CV as impressive as his, there's only so long that his achievements can go unnoticed by wrestling's super-power.

Cole has already held the ROH World title three times, and its PWG equivalent once. He's fought match of the year candidates alongside the likes of Kyle O'Reilly, Jay Lethal, Michael Elgin and Jay Briscoe, and he's still two years shy of his 30th birthday.
