If triple threat matches are difficult to get right then matches involving five competitors are nigh on impossible. This quintet managed that and then some, however. Dean Ambrose was embarking on yet another forgotten secondary title reign when Stephanie McMahon wised up and decided he was to defend that title in this match.

The finish was the highlight of the whole match, as the usual finisher-after-finisher melee happens before Owens pop-up powerbombs the heck out of Breeze to pick up the win. Owens wouldn't hold the title for too long, but the current WWE Universal Champion has probably forgotten about that by now.

As far as five-man matches go, this is one of the best WWE has put on. Great talent fighting over a belt really helped the relevance of the title too.

Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man.
