10 Best Matches From The First Five Years Of WWE’s Women’s Evolution

3. Charlotte Vs Becky Lynch Vs Sasha Banks (WrestleMania 32)

Expectations are a funny old thing, but Charlotte, Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks laughed in the face of lofty ones when they easily stole the most important show of the year in front of the largest announced WWE crowd in history. And all for a title that signified just how hard their work was paying off.

Bringing several years of Divas division destitution to an end with an almighty thud, the three lived up to every lengthy hype job the company had provided in a quest to whitewash years of mistreatment of female performers and crown an all new WWE Women's Champion.

Having debuted on the main roster in July 2015, Banks, Lynch and Flair were first bundled into trios as part of a deeply flawed mass introduction, but rapidly brought forth their own unique styles to make this the natural combination for the match that actually mattered. From Full Sail to a not-full stadium, they merely brought what banged to the big stage

Wrestled at necessary speed and psychologically lacking in psychology, the match featured an abundance of incredible spots, including jaw-dropping dives to the floor by Charlotte and Sasha, before the future 'Queen' locked Lynch in the figure-eight for the tap-out win.
