Although the anti-immigrant schtick was a tad distasteful, Zeb Colter's management of Jack Swagger provided some world-class promo material.

Their portrayal of two conservative Americans mimicked the views of most of southern America, sparking a seldom seen wrestling-related political debate. Further than just being a WWE angle, Colter and Swagger's characters garnered criticism from wider media, particularly Fox News, for demonizing the Tea Party movement.

With all political connections aside, the gimmick offered a fresh take on the tired anti-America approach - a staple heel gimmick in years gone by - by turning it on its head to make Americans look like the bad guys for once.

As Swagger clearly lacked the verbal skills for such a difficult role, Zeb Colter stepped up to the plate with some incredible promos, particularly his promise to fix all that is wrong with America.

Overly-opinionated Australian WWE smark who is definitely not #booty. Slowly angering the IWC one article at a time. We will probably strongly dislike each other - let's be friends! @MattKMarsden
