10 Best Money In The Bank Cash-Ins Ever

In the history of the Money in the Bank match, only one superstar has even been victorious twice: CM Punk. At WrestleManias 24 and 25 he climbed the ladder and grabbed the briefcase, and while his 2008 reign as World Heavyweight Champion wasn't the most successful, in 2009, he was poised to make an impact.

The title, meanwhile, was hanging in the balance in a feud between Edge and Jeff Hardy. The two had traded the WWE Championship in late 2008, but their feud was bumped to the side when Jeff's brother Matt turned on him. After Jeff finished Matt, it was back to Edge and title glory.

At Judgment Day, Edge managed to pick up a win over Jeff when Matt got involved once again, but Jeff got a rematch at the next month's Extreme Rules PPV. That evening, Jeff and Edge clashed in a ladder match that called back to their days in the tag team division, and without Matt to screw things up, Jeff was able to win the World Heavyweight Championship.

CM Punk, who was still a babyface (but wouldn't be for long), took that opportunity to cash in his MITB contract in a shocker. Though Punk had competed earlier in the evening, he was fresher than Jeff Hardy, who was easy prey. After a pair of Go 2 Sleeps, Punk won the title and kicked off what would be a heel turn and the best feud of his WWE career up to that point.
