10 Best Performers In WWE Money In The Bank History

8. Christian

Christian, on the other hand, cannot boast the same kind of tangible success having never captured the briefcase.

Nonetheless, his joint-record six appearances in the Money in the Bank ladder match have made him quite the stalwart of the match-type—and fittingly so given his history with ladders.

Across those six appearances, he’s left us with plenty of memories to savour and enjoy, including the Spear to Cody Rhodes from one ladder to another at Money in the Bank 2012, or the reverse DDT from the very same spot, this time to Matt Hardy, at WrestleMania 26 (and no, Michael Cole, that wasn’t a Twist of Fate).

A personal favourite of mine though came at the previous year’s WrestleMania. Having been pushed from a ladder in the centre of the ring, Christian looked to be falling—and yet he managed to use the top rope to keep his balance and rebound himself back upright. We’ve seen that spot so many times before, but no one has been able to maintain their balance like Christian did that night.

Despite all of this though, his lack of achievement makes it difficult to rank Captain Charisma any higher on this list.
