10 Best Shane McMahon Matches Of All Time

8. Vs. Steve Blackman - SummerSlam 2000

One of the most infamous matches of the Attitude Era, this Hardcore Title bout is remembered for the frankly insane bump that Shane took from the top of the Titantron towards the end of the match. In an attempt to get away from Blackman, Shane decided it would be a good idea to clamber up the side of the set, only to see Blackman follow him up every step of the way. A couple of kendo stick shots to the back later and Shane was falling from the heavens to the floor below.
The match itself is definitely an example of building to one big moment, with Shane relying on interference from Test and Albert to keep distance between him and the Lethal Weapon. Still, as far as Hardcore Championship matches from the Attitude Era go, this was one of the best in that there was, you know, an actualmatch.
