When it comes to achievements in pro wrestling based entirely around skill, few people have accomplished as much in the sport as Daniel Bryan. Despite the fact that the star competed in his last match at the age of 34, he spent the prior 15 years completely upending the wrestling landscape with his uncanny ability.

While Bryan was skilled at multiple forms of wrestling, his base - one which carried him to the main event of WrestleMania - was strong style. Vicious strikes and submissions formed the bulk of his offense, but they were always carefully tailored to his opponent and environment. His holds, especially, seemed to number in the hundreds, undoubtedly due to his studying tapes from around the globe.

It's almost hard to believe that Bryan wasn't a standout wrestler or martial artist prior to getting into pro wrestling, but he made his passion his career and ultimately reached the very top of the industry. For Bryan, "strong style" refers to his spirit as well as his wrestling approach.
