6. It’s Indie Heaven

Got into a big argument in the office about which particular independent promotion deserved to be focused in on here thus, we have concluded, that very fact speaks volumes.

In short, anyone who’s anyone put a show on over WrestleMania weekend. Christ, we even did it once. Indies from every single corner of the world promoting every single manner of wrestling you’d care to name will pack the city’s venues over Saturday and Sunday. Whatever your poison, there will be someone selling it.

A few notable shows we’re looking forward to include Kaiju Big Battel (everyone dresses up as monsters and batters each other), Shimmer (a huge weekend for women’s wrestling), IPW UK (some home comforts for us Brits), Chikara (because Chikara), Blackcraft (we’re all actually massive goths), and Interspecies Wrestling (if the name alone there isn’t enough for you I can’t help.
