1. Hulk Hogan Claims To Have Discovered Kevin Owens
Although not particularly linked to Raw, news came out in the aftermath of the show regarding everybody's favourite (ex) WWE legend, Hulk Hogan. In an interview with BBC Radio Yorkshire, promoting an upcoming appearance in Sheffield, England, Hogan essentially took credit for discovering Kevin Owens. That's ex-ROH Champion and quintessential indie darling Kevin Owens. Hogan stated: 'I hate to brag about it but Im the first one to point the finger at Kevin Owens. I saw him on NXT, like his second match, and saw him just chop, beat, grind and beating his guy down. Doing it the old school way and really understanding how to get heat. Doing it the old school way and I said, Thats the guy. I said, Thats the guy. I dont care if he looks like a wrestler or looks like an ice cream salesman. I dont care. Thats the guy.' There are no words to describe this level of arrogance and delusion.
