8. Bring In New Faces

With the loss of WCW and ECW in the early 2000s, WWE no longer has any other promotions from which to acquire well-known and experienced workers. Sure, TNA still exists on some nothing channel but no one watches it and most of their wrestlers are either ex-WWE guys or have the stink of Dixie Carter's failure on them. Still, it's time to shore up the roster with some new faces and begin to give the fans something new. WWE have recently made offers to some of New Japan's top wrestlers, including AJ Styles, Karl Anderson, Doc Gallows, and Shinsuke Nakamura. The casual WWE fan might have no idea who any of these guys are but their talent is undeniable and, if pushed properly, they can completely change WWE's roster almost overnight. I highly doubt that AJ Styles will be pushed to the World Title as long as Vince McMahon is around but there's no reason he can't be an upper card wrestler who steals the show with guys like Cesaro, Kevin Owens, and Sami Zayn. Speaking of Sami Zayn, it's also high time to graduate this class of NXT and made it to the main roster. Zayn can pick up his feud with Owens immediately, Finn Balor has been ready for months, and Apollo Crews has the kind of look WWE dreams about. WWE has a monopoly on wrestling in North America and its time they push out the old and bring in the new. However, WWE has to be sure to do one thing...
