7. PUSH New Talent
Once you bring in the new talent, you have to push them and you have to push them properly. Finn Balor, for example, is ready for the main roster. His in-ring work is fantastic and he's rapidly approaching an age where developmental isn't going to help him any longer. However, it is crucial that the "geniuses" on the creative team understand Finn Balor's demon character. I could easily see the creative team going "well geez, the crowd loves when Balor dresses up like the Demon, so we should have him do that for every single match!". Of course, that completely defeats the purpose of the character and would make him just another guy within a few weeks. The 50-50 booking model has also hurt new stars lately. For whatever reason, WWE doesn't want any of their wrestlers (or entertainers) to be seen as "losers", so what you end up with is a bunch of guys trading wins while the audience is conditioned to think that no one outside of John Cena wins consistenly. That needs to change in order to get new talent over. You're going to have to sacrifice some wrestlers to get new wrestlers over, that's how this business has worked for over 100 years. WWE need to start doing it in 2016.
