Following WrestleMania 37, Edge has been missing from TV. Cesaro has stepped up to challenge Roman Reigns and it seems that the Rated-R Superstar has been pushed to one side in favour of another story.
So, when should Edge return to WWE?
We are nearing an event that made Edge the superstar that he is, and that event is Money In The Bank. Having successfully cashed in twice, Edge is a credible winner for winning the briefcase for a third time. This would make him a three-time winner of the briefcase, and Edge shouldn't win this match, having the veteran gain a position in the match would be great for the story.
Edge can earn his way into the match by qualifying but this must be the heel version of Edge we saw in the lead up to WrestleMania. Seeing him low blow and con-chair-to his way to ALMOST winning Money In The Bank seems like a great step forward for Edge, and this keeps him away from the title picture until he is ready to step up to Roman again.
