3. The Undertaker - WrestleMania 29

Last weekend, The Undertaker competed at his 24th WrestleMania, meaning that's he's wrestled at three-quarters of the event's iterations. That's a lot of matches... and a lot of entrances. Of all the times he walked that long aisle at the Showcase of the Immortals, though, he was never more terrifying than he was at WrestleMania 29.

After CM Punk made his amazing entrance, the lights in MetLife Stadium dimmed and The Undertaker's music began to play. Before long, smoke and a single light emanated from the entranceway - so far, nothing out of the ordinary.

As fans looked at the light, though, they saw a horrifying sight - dozens of pairs of arms were reaching out of a hole in the stage, desperately stretching for the surface.

As they searched for something onto which they could grab, The Undertaker began to appear, walking an unseen staircase up from the hole and slowly arriving on the ramp.

The symbolism was not lost on anyone. The Demon of Death Valley appeared to be literally rising up from Hell in order to compete in his WrestleMania match, with a hunger and a destiny that would not be denied.
