10 Best Wrestlers Under 30 (Who Don't Work For WWE)

7. Adam Cole

wikipeidawikipeidaAge: 24 This man has had a rough stretch in recent weeks, dropping the Pro Wrestling Guerrilla World Title and the Ring Of Honor World Title within a month of each other, but it's the fact that he even had those titles in the first place that means anything. At 538 days, his PWG Title reign is the longest in company history, and that includes champions such as AJ Styles, Kevin Steen, El Generico, Bryan Danielson, Low Ki, Chris Hero, Davey Richards, and Claudio Castagnoli, all names that are legends in independent wrestling history. His work is so advanced for his age, and his heel persona is a fantastic blend of Shawn Michaels (his hero growing up) and Edge. His face work was just fine, but since turning heel in Ring Of Honor, he has really found his groove, and has been putting on the best work of his career. Everything just seems so natural for him, and since he isn't even 25 years old, you have to assume that he hasn't come close to reaching his peak, which is crazy to think about.
