10 Best Wrestlers Under 30 In The World Today

7. Pete Dunne - 23

WWE's UK project has seen the company take several outstanding professional wrestlers under their wing, with Pete Dunne standing as the most impressive. His matches with Tyler Bate, Trent Seven, and Mark Andrews stand as some of the best that the company has produced in 2017, and have elevated him to a level of prominence that seemed unthinkable a year ago.

WWE believe in Dunne. He already has Triple H's blessings, and the company recently named his TakeOver: Chicago war with Bate as the year's best match so far. He's one of the hottest commodities in wrestling at the moment, somebody who wouldn't look out of place if he was thrown on Raw or SmackDown tomorrow, and if there's any justice left in the sport, he'll go on to become one of his generation's biggest stars.

Dunne has continued to excel away from WWE, too. PROGRESS' ongoing British Strong Style saga has become tedious, but it has allowed 'The Bruiserweight' to have great matches with the likes of Jimmy Havoc and Donovan Dijak. His next big PROGRESS Title defence comes against the criminally underrated Travis Banks on September 10th, and given the year he's had so far, there's no reason to believe Dunne won't excel again.
