We're all in agreement that Chris Jericho is pretty much the greatest man who ever lived, right? The man has reinvented himself over and over, and whilst not every single change has been a hit more often than not Y2J has been on the money. When Jericho returned again at the beginning of 2016 however, 'Cool Dad Jericho' was falling solidly in the 'miss' column.

One heel turn later and many are claiming that Chris Jericho is doing the best work of his career. In many ways the current incarnation of Chris Jericho is all of the previous ones combined, with a bit of salty veteran on top. He has somehow managed to get the insult 'stupid idiot' over, as well as the word 'it'. If that isn't skill, I don't know what is.

Chris Jericho is one of the most entertaining performers in WWE TV. This in itself isn't a huge surprise, but the changes he has made to his gimmick this year have ended any argument against him being in the 'Greatest Of All Time' discussion.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
