10 Best Wrestling Matches In Non-Wrestling Movies

2. Spider-Man Vs. Bonesaw McGraw - Spider-Man

Arguably the most iconic wrestling scene in a non-wrestling movie, this is Peter Parker's coming-out party with his newfound powers and persona: the Human Spider!

Parker enters an open-challenge wrestling contest, where if he lasts 3 minutes against his opponent, he wins $3000, which means a new car to impress his childhood friend, Mary-Jane.

Upon entering the arena, he encounters three major problems, not including his terrible outfit. First, the announcer deliberately gets his ring name wrong, calling him Spider-Man (it'll never catch on!). Second, he's up against a musclebound behemoth called Bonesaw McGraw, played by the Macho Man himself, Randy Savage. Finally, once in the ring, his bout is turned into a steel cage match meaning no escape from his foe.

Bonesaw is the much stronger fighter, but Parker is the much quicker and he's able to avoid much of the big man's offence, though he does receive a hell of a pummeling with a steel chair. With his new spider abilities, Peter is able to pin McGraw in two minutes for the victory, though the promoter of the match screws him over and doesn't give him the full amount due to not lasting the full three minutes.
