The massive confusion by fans over the decision for Sheamus to win the briefcase in the 2015 Money in the Bank contract ladder match was probably not what WWE anticipated. Well, if they did any sort of focus testing or gauging virtually any crowd reaction over the past few years it shouldn't have been a surprise.

Regardless, Sheamus won a pretty good ladder match at the most recent WWE special event. The best spot was probably when Orton dropped Neville from a ladder into a beautiful RKO. It's been done before but it still looks nice. New Day and Bray Wyatt also interrupted the action to make an impression.

There weren't any outrageous spots or death-defying stunts compared to previous incarnations of this event but that's not a bad thing. The fact that a solid match that keeps the crowd on its' feet can be accomplished without attempting as many extremely high-risk moves is very good.
