10 Best Wrestling Tweets You Must Read (Before Twitter Dies)

7. These Are A Few Of Dave Meltzer's Favourite Things

Dave Meltzer is an international treasure.

It is literally impossible for anybody to watch every pro wrestling match ever, and the star rating system that is now synonymous with him has - and this corny, but not hyperbolic - enriched people's lives. It's an entry point to pro wrestling euphoria. His ethics are sound, his obituaries impossibly detailed, and the very best of his reporting - like the Montreal Screwjob story - are immensely important historical documents.

He's also incredibly funny, on purpose and by accident, and you're never sure when he means to be. Except that time he created a mental image of Katsuyori Shibata as Krang from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise.

This tweet was posted in response to a different question - something about the best moment's of one life - and it's very fitting. It is the most unnecessary reply, of all time, to the wrong question.

In it, he provides insights into his personal highlight reel. His favourite moments in a wild life were his kids being born (absolutely fair enough), full penetrative intercourse with someone you'd hope is his wife, but wished to keep those matters private, and a blistering start to a famous mixed martial arts bout.

The man put watching two people potentially giving one another brain damage above his own wedding day!
