10 Best WWE 205 Live Matches
3. Neville Vs. Akira Tozawa (Aug. 22, 2017)
From the moment he arrived in WWE's Cruiserweight division in December 2016, Neville had been unstoppable and went undefeated in singles competition. Once he picked up the Cruiserweight Championship at the Royal Rumble, no one was able to hold a candle to his exceptional abilities inside the squared circle.
It wasn't until Akira Tozawa came forth as a threat to the title that Neville had finally met his match. Neville barely beat him at Great Balls of Fire, but Tozawa didn't fall short in his second shot at the strap days before SummerSlam, besting the King of the Cruiserweights on Raw to shockingly end his reign as champ.
Neville regained the gold on the SummerSlam Kickoff show, leading to a highly anticipated rematch on the Aug. 22 edition of 205 Live. In front of a hot Brooklyn crowd, these two pushed each other to their absolute limits and held nothing back in their pursuit for the prize. Tozawa was mere seconds away from getting the belt back before Neville busted out a rare Red Arrow to retain his title and his spot atop the division.
