2. Shotzi Blackheart (Frankenstein)
As NXT Halloween Havoc's designated host this past Wednesday, fans fully expected Shotzi Blackheart to deliver the goods when it came to fancy dress on the night.
And, oh boy, did she deliver.
Boasting three terrific looks, Blackheart went from a blistering devil ensemble to an Elvira-inspired all black look with ease. However, her standout guise undoubtedly came in the form of her stitched together green Frankenstein-esque onesie, finished off with a pair of creepy bolts attached to her head.
Halloween Havoc was a night jam-packed full of spooks and frights, but Shotzi still managed to be one of the most memorable features of the WCW revival.
