10. Kristal Marshall

Diva Search: 2005 (4th Place)

Kristal Marshall was only 21 years old when she tried out for the Diva Search and made it all the way to 4th place in 2005. WWE signed her to a developmental deal after the competition.

She served a few roles in her WWE career as a backstage interviewer, a wrestler sometimes and the storyline fiancee of Teddy Long.

The biggest angle that she was a part of took place on Smackdown when she was involved with the older GM Teddy Long. The idea was that she would marry Teddy, get a lot of power in the storyline and then likely run the show with her friend Vickie Guerrero. During the wedding, Teddy had a heart attack and they didn't get married in the storyline. Kristal ended up leaving WWE soon after, so she was only in WWE for about two years. Could she have been a better wrestler? Maybe. She didn't work there long enough to really find out.

Apparently her real life boyfriend at the time Bobby Lashley didn't like the Long storyline too much and it led to her quitting while Lashley also quit. She did appear in TNA Wrestling with Lashley after her WWE departure although that was a very brief run. The two aren't a couple anymore although they did have a son together.
