Diva Search: 2007 (4th Place)

Former WWE diva Tiffany nearly won the 2007 Diva Search, but she ended up in fourth place. As was the case with so many runners up, WWE offered her a deal soon after and she made her way to developmental, which was Florida Championship Wrestling by that time.

In 2008, they made her the Assistant GM of the ECW brand with Teddy Long and then they made her the GM soon after. It was an odd role for her since she was only 22 years old at the time and was not a very good speaker. Why would they put her in a spot like that? Because she is very good looking. Sometimes it's that simple.

They started to put her in the ring more in 2009-10, but they never really gave her a fair shot at it. In the summer of 2010, she had a public disagreement with then husband Drew McIntyre, was suspended for it and then was fired a few months later. Even though she was still in her mid-20s with a lot of potential, WWE decided to release her due to the incident.

In 2012 she went to TNA Wrestling under her real name and she has really thrived there. The last few years has seen her have some incredible matches with Gail Kim that surprised a lot of people with how great they were. Currently, she is the TNA Knockouts Champion that recently turned heel while performing at a very high level. It's nice to see her living up to her potential.
