Debuting in April 2005 as one-third of MNM, Melina wasted little time making her presence felt on the show. Not only was she the mouthpiece of the show, she was a sinister sexpot who would do ANYTHING if it benefited her team and kept the WWE Tag Team Championships around their wastes. On one memorable episode of SmackDown in fall 2005, it was even implied that she had slept with World Heavyweight champion Batista in hopes that The Animal would call off he and Rey Mysterio's title opportunity. They didn't and MNM lost the gold in Melina's first real setback as a manager. She made up for it weeks later, when she reintroduced Mark Henry to the fold and watched as he made sure MNM regained the tag titles inside a steel cage. She returned to the brand three years later with the title in tow. Almost immediately, she was targeted by top heel Diva Michelle McCool, who capitalized on interference from Alicia Fox to win the title. Melina failed to recapture the title in subsequent rematches. She was traded back to Raw shortly thereafter, leaving many to wonder why she even returned to the brand in the first place. While the second stint on SmackDown was hardly anything worth ranking her on this list for, it is impossible to deny the effect she had on the success of MNM and the fact that she was a major part of key storylines during her first run there.
