10 Best WWE Divas In SmackDown History

8. Kelly Kelly

Kelly Kelly The year 2011 was a banner one for Kelly Kelly. While she ended up on Monday Night Raw and enjoyed a run as Divas Champion, it was on SmackDown that she enjoyed a more expanded, much higher profile role than she ever had before. As the top female babyface on the roster, she was the perfect candidate to feud with villainous duo LayCool and evil general manager Vickie Guerrero. In the process, she found herself in the middle of the World Heavyweight Championship feud between "Rated R Superstar" Edge and the company's resident Showoff, Dolph Ziggler. At the Royal Rumble in January, she interfered and prevented Vickie from getting involved in the bout between Edge and Ziggler. On the February 4 episode, Kelly wrestled her most important match to date as she teamed with champion to defeat Ziggler and LayCool in a Three-on-Two Handicap match for the top prize on the show. The rules stated that, should Kelly be pinned, Edge would lose his title. Luckily for her, she did a great job of avoiding pinfall while Edge retained his gold. Immediately following the bout, she was fired as Guerrero looked to get the last laugh. That was short-lived as Kelly returned at Elimination Chamber and attacked Guerrero. Days later, she partnered with Edge again, this time defeating Guerrero and Drew McIntyre, resulting in the heel GM's banishment from SmackDown. Kelly would remain one of the most popular Divas on the roster, for reasons that were obvious with one look at the molten hot young woman. To her credit, she improved as a worker, knowing when to work in her signature spots to garner the desired reaction.
