10 Best WWE Last Man Standing Matches

7. Chris Jericho Vs. Shawn Michaels - Raw November 2008

This was from a Raw in Manchester, England at a time when Jericho was the World Champion that had the feud of the year with Michaels. They had an incredible Ladder Match at No Mercy one month earlier that was the perceived end of the feud, but then they had this one as a final match. Jericho's World Title wasn't on the line, but the rivalry was so strong that it was a huge match worthy of being on Raw. What was always great about their matches was they always made the stipulations work in the sense that they could do different things no matter the match situation. They even did a creative spot where Jericho applied the Walls of Jericho while they were on top of a cab by the entrance of the Raw set. Then Michaels did a spot he's been known to do as he leaped off a ladder and drove Jericho through the announce table with an elbow drop. There was a controversial ending to the match since Michaels had started a feud with JBL at this point, so he decided to interfere. At first it looked like Michaels was going to be able to fight him off, but then JBL showed up at the finish to nail Michaels in the head with a chair to cost him the match. It was a fitting end to what was one of WWE's best rivalries ever.
