5. Judgment Day 2000
http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2s3ocw_wwf-judgment-day-2000-intro_sport Judgment Day 2000 wasn't the first 'Iron Man' Match that Shawn Michaels had been involved in, but it was a unique scenario for HBK. At WrestleMania XII, Michaels had competed against Bret Hart in a match which has divided pro wrestling fans for years. Many feel the bout was epic, whereas others think it dragged. The same cannot be said for The Rock vs. Triple H. Shawn Michaels was the Special Guest Referee for the epic, 60-minute encounter. On a night during which The Undertaker would also make a welcome return, this particular Iron Man contest hit the ball straight out of the park. The pre-show hype video did a lot to build excitement, but it's likely one many fans have forgotten in the aftermath. Based around all manner of things that can happen in one hour, the clip had a movie-trailer feel that just worked. In around one minute, the then-WWF perfectly summed up exactly why fans should be hyped to see the 60-minute feast of drama they were about to witness. Simply, but entirely effective.
