10 Best WWE Pay-Per-View Intros

6. WrestleMania 31

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2q0eekW4VU The most recent entry to adorn this list, WWE got a lot right at WrestleMania 31. Not only did Seth Rollins leave the event as WWE World Heavyweight Champion, but Sting also made his in-ring WWE debut. The show was historic for a lot of reasons, and the company captured that atmosphere during the Pay-Per-Views opening. LL Cool J was enlisted to present a short video detailing the impact that technology has had on the world. The message was simple, social media and better technology has made people closer than ever before to one another. Whether or not people agree with that sentiment, the clip was excellently produced, and it was hard not to be excited. This was WWE's attempt to mend the bridge between the more traditional feel of WrestleMania (Triple H vs. Sting in a clash from a bygone era) and the modern world (Seth Rollins leading WWE forward). There was also a hint of looking towards the future during the video, which was very welcome. WWE's production staff are some of the best in the world, and they proved that here.
