10 Best WWE Performers Of 2018 (So Far)
5. Seth Rollins
Seth Rollins' 2018 got off to a pretty slow start, beginning with the news that his planned WrestleMania match against Dean Ambrose would have to be cancelled following his opponent's ill-timed triceps injury.
Things became even worse a couple of weeks later, when the Lunatic Fringe's replacement Jason Jordan was taken off screen to undergo neck surgery, ostensibly leaving Rollins without anything to do on the Grandest Stage of Them All.
Ultimately, the latter has proved to be a blessing. It's allowed The Architect to instead turn his attention to the Intercontinental Championship scene, wherein he's already enjoyed some of the year's best WWE matches alongside Finn Bálor and The Miz.
We're a long way from seeing him return to the main event, admittedly, but he's in a much better place - both in terms of the Monday Night Raw pecking order and his own personal fitness - than he was this time last year.
