3. "Serenity In Murder" By Jedi Mind Tricks
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HhR7Znn3Ki4 Lyric: "Yeah, you like Napoleon Bonaparte/I throw a dart and blow your bones apart/The lonely part's when you falling like you Owen Hart" Vinnie Paz makes the list again but this time he delivers a controversial line. He has never been the type of rapper to shy away from those types of lyrics but when it comes to wrestling and wrestling fans, many look at this as if he crossed the line. It all starts out innocently enough. He calls his opposition small and then, using "dart" as a slang for lyrics and punchlines, he says that his lyrical ability is going to break people apart. If he stopped there, nobody would even blink. Once he name drops Owen Hart, though, everything changes. Rap music is full of arrogance. It's full of lyrics that captivate and capture attention, for better or worse. That brash vibe is what the genre is known for. Vinnie Paz making an Owen Hart reference is matching that vibe. When you hear it, you instantly remember the line. You go back and repeat it just to make sure you really did hear what you heard. It might not be in the best of taste, as far as conventional wisdom is concerned, but it's memorable and worthy of praise nonetheless.
