Few people know how to make a return like the 'Big Red Machine' and he's given us some great ones throughout the past three decades. His most significant comeback in this one, however, has to be his return on Raw in late 2011 in which he resurrected the masked monster within.

Kane had been off our screens with an injury for nearly half a year and, following weeks of promos (all of which were aptly titled 'Kane Resurrected'), those iconic pyros went off on one of the final Raws of the year during a match between John Cena and the man who put him on the shelf: Mark Henry. From the darkness, a new iteration of the 'Devil's Favorite Demon' emerged.

Yes, with new music, new attire and a horrific new mask (and miraculously fast-growing long hair), Kane looked reinvigorated as he stormed the ring and unleashed his reign of destruction on John Cena. Though that decision right there ended up destroying the whole thing (he should have gone after Henry instead of being fed to SuperCena), that return - and the first few weeks that followed - breathed new life into the Kane character and restored him with an aura reminiscent of his very first year in the company.
