7. Triple H Vs. Batista
In an alternate timeline, we could be talking about Triple H versus Randy Orton as one of the best feuds of the Ruthless Aggression era - but, alas, Orton's damp squib of a title reign, along with his prospects as a baby-face, were put paid to at Unforgiven 2004 before it ever really got started.
Batista, though, was a different story. The Animal's title pursuit was altogether less abrupt than that of Orton, his Evolution mentors doing everything they could to throw cold water on his main event aspirations before he finally turned against them after his Rumble win in early 2005.
The pair fought at WrestleMania 21, Backlash and, inside Hell in a Cell, at Vengeance - each match incrementally better than the last - and after watching them nobody can claim The King of Kings doesn't put people over.
