One of the more recent matches to grace this list took place on a live Tuesday Smackdown special just this past week. The Lucha Dragons have shown themselves to be worthy challengers for the WWE Tag-Team Titles. The masked men are popular with fans, especially when they are given ample time to build drama and elaborate spots into their matches. As for The New Day, they have just been awesome throughout the past year. It's strange to think that the group were supposed to be babyfaces at first, because they have been so entertaining as heels. Now, there's a chance they could make a successful transition back to being good guys, because audiences simply love them. On December 22, both units produced a cool match. When it comes to straight up tag-team matches between regular teams, this was one of the best 2015 had to offer in WWE. It's only fitting it came on Smackdown, a program which has allowed The New Day and The Lucha Dragons to show what they can do in lengthy matches. New Day did get the victory, which seems to close out their series with Sin Cara and Kalisto for now.
