10 Best WWE Superstars To Ever Wrestle In The Elimination Chamber
7. Shawn Michaels
Appearances: 4
Victories: 1
Eliminations: 3
The 'Heartbreak Kid' Shawn Michaels, known to most as the greatest in-ring performer the wrestling business has ever seen, won the very first Elimination Chamber match at Survivor Series 2002. The victory capped an amazing comeback story for Michaels, who had legitimately retired in 1998 due to a back injury and was only able to wrestle again for the first time at Summerslam 2002.
The Chamber match was only a few months after this, and no one in the industry really knew how much Michaels had left to give or if he would ever be able to perform to his previous levels from the 1990's.
Of course, he won the World Heavyweight Championship from best friend Triple H in the Chamber and then went on to wrestle full-time until 2010, retiring for good following two career-defining Wrestlemania classics with The Undertaker. Legend.
Michaels appeared in three other Chamber matches before his retirement: at Summerslam 2003, New Year's Revolution 2006 and No Way Out 2008, eliminating only one superstar (Kurt Angle in 2006). His other two eliminations (Chris Jericho and Triple H) both came on that emotional night at Survivor Series 2002.
