The stunner of CM Punk eliminating William Regal in 11 seconds was brilliant. Punk, Kofi Kingston, and especially Cody Rhodes (who survived until the end) had plenty of time in the ring to make an impression. This one exploded into life and never let up with a slew of eliminations; timing out at just over 16 minutes makes it a fun, fast watch. To think, R-Truth was just two and a half years away from challenging for the WWE title...
The intensity of the two captains proved why they were a rung above the rest of the players sharing the ring with them. Randy Orton has taken until this year to finally get back to this level of emotive performer, and it's easy to forget just how popular Batista was until you go back and watch a match like this.
