6. Hair Vs. Hair (2004)
This was essentially an exercise in damage limitation.
Nobody wanted to see Eugene face Uncle Eric on pay-per-view (although, mercifully, the match itself only lasted about two minutes), but fans at least had the sense to recognise that Bischoff getting his head shaved was preferable to the loser having to wear a dress or being the winner's servant.
Why? Apart from the fact that the former WCW stalwart actually looked kind of cool with his new silver bonce, it meant that we only had to stomach one cringe-inducing segment, on the night itself, rather than a series of them spread out over the course of the next three or four episodes of Monday Night Raw.
As wrestling fans, we are grateful for small blessings.
