Speaking of The Great One, he certainly qualifies for the list as he has had many returns since 2010.

His inclusion at number 6 may have some people complaining, but it can't be overlooked that Dwayne Johnson in 2011 through 2016 is not the same as The Rock from '97 through 2004.

While the modern-day Rock can certainly hang with anyone in WWE on the mic, he's no longer the top talker in the business that he once was. After all, Rock went from talkin' all day long, several nights a week in his prime to barely making yearly appearances in an industry he's no longer fully committed to. Of course there would be a drop off.

Still, The Rock's previously discussed battles with Cena, his rock concert tribute to Vickie Guerrero, and most recently, his long walking promo from the back of the American Airlines Arena to the middle of the ring are perfect illustrations that The Rock still has it.
