Man, what can you say about this one? The air raid siren, the rabid dogs, and the explosions. To this day, I still remember the excitement in the pit of my stomach as the air raid siren began to roll and those heavy industrial doors swung open to take us into the WWE Warzone. Who will ever forget the image of the Sid, Bret, Shawn and others fighting between ropes engulfed in flames, as images of bombs and tanks flashed on the walls around them, all to the heavy metal riffs of "Thorn In Your Eye"? What a time to be a WWE fan. This intro debuted as the Monday Night War was in full swing, and the message wasn't exactly subtle. Beyond the launch of this new intro, WWE went on to overhaul it's entire brand. Out went the patriotic ring ropes and blue mats, and in came red and black. Out went the cheesy TV theme songs and in came the hard rock and heavy metal.
